Introduction
Welcome to Memento Personalized Gifts. The following Terms and Conditions guide the use of and commerce on our web store. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time.
1. General
You can shop our product through our web store. If you have any questions please contact our Customer Service for help at info@memento.com.cy.
All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled.
Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the Police. Memento reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.
No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted.
Memento holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our web store. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.
All prices include CYPRUS VAT (19%).
2. Delivery
All shipments are sent all over Cyprus by Primewell courier to your door. The order will be sent to your address that you enter at the checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days, if anything else is not announced. You can also pick-up your order from our shop in MyMall Limassol without any extra charge.
Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our Customer Service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
Shipping cost for Cyprus: €5.00
Shipping cost for Greece:
- up to 2 kg - €13.00
- over 2 kg - €3.50 / per extra kg
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
3. Payment
You can pay online using your credit card through JCC payment system.
We do not keep any information concerning the credit card you use. You will receive with your purchase an invoice for the paid amount. Memento reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.
4. Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Memento online store offers 10 days return and refund policy from purchasing date on non-personalized products such as led bases and cut-engrave wood and acrylic products. If the purchaser decided to return the product, the order needs to be returned and to have arrived at our return address within 10 days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved based on Returns conditions, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (excluding the shipping costs) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item that is returned and not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items and promotion items (discounts, giveaways etc.) cannot be refunded.
Shipping
If you return the order the initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund even on free shipping offer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a traceable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is lost during shipping process, we do not take responsibility and will not grant a refund or a replacement.
Cancellations
After the order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our shop for preparation and shipping. Orders that have been prepared and ready for shipping cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.
Non-delivery or wrong address information provided
* We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address or incomplete.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
The buyer is the importer of product in their own country and must therefore comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the buyers country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the buyer; Memento has no control over these charges, nor can Memento predict what they may be. Memento is therefore not responsible for these charges.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
5. Security
We do not keep any information concerning the credit card you use to pay.
We will not leave or sell your personal information to third-parties without your permission. Receiving your personal information helps us to give you good customer service and updates regarding special offers, sales and new arrivals.
6. Force Majeure
In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances these Terms & Conditions can not or only partly be performed. If this occurs Memento will try to inform you about this.
